Cerumol is effective because it penetrates deeper to ease out the ear wax.
Its unique oil based formula penetrates in between the wax and ear canal, gently softening and loosening the wax.  Unlike many remedies, it is especially effective for removing hard wax and can often make syringing unnecessary.

Cerumol Ear Drops should be used by inserting 5 drops into the ear, leaving for 20 minutes.  repeat 2-3 times daily for up to 3 days.

This may cause a harmless tingling sensation.  Should the Cerumol tend to run out when the head is held up, a small plug of cotton wool moistened with Cerumol or smeared with petroleum jelly may be applied.

Unless ear wax is unusually hard, it should run out of its own accord.  If not, consult your doctor for possible syringing.
