Dermol Bath Emollient is an antimicrobial bath liquid for use in the treatment of dry or scaly skin conditions, especially eczema and dermatitis.
Dermol contains the active ingredients Benzalkonium Chloride 0.5% w/w, Liquid paraffin 25% w/w and Isopropyl Myrisate 25% w/w.
Used to soothe and relieve dryness, soreness and itching.
Suitable for adults, children and the elderly.
For use in the bath: Add up to 30ml (1 1/2 capfuls) to a bath of warm water (more or less, according to the size of the bath and individual patient requirements). For babies, add up to 15ml. Soak for 5-10 minutes. Pat dry.
There should be no ill-effects when using Dermol 600 Bath Emollient, but if you are in any doubt about your treatment, you should talk to your doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
Take care to avoid slipping in the bath.
